South East Coast and London

Covering Surrey, East Sussex, West Sussex, Brighton & Hove, Kent & Medway and Greater London, we support people living with diabetes. We work to improve care for people living with the condition and fight to ensure their voices are heard. We work with healthcare professionals across the region.

We also want to help stem the rise in type 2 diabetes cases by helping people understand their risk of the condition and share simple ways to eat a well-balanced diet, be more active and live healthier lives.
